How to Get Your Passport
Passports are $25
Additional Raffle Sheets are $5
- You can buy your passport here: https://form.jotform.com/workerbea/cac-of-niagara
- Make sure you put “Sip & Support” in the comments section.
- Passport and raffle tickets will be mailed to the address you provide (or you can pick them up at the Child Advocacy Center of Niagara, please note this in comments section.) If mailing address is different than billing address, please provide in comments section.
- Or you can purchase directly from CAC staff! Email: Marissa.Virtuoso@nfmmc.org to get your tickets!
Basket Raffle
- Purchase of a Passport gets you one sheet of raffle tickets!
- The baskets to be raffled off will be located at a few of the wineries. Make sure you stop by these wineries to enter the raffle: Gust of Sun, Black Willow Winery, Anthony Manor Winery, Leonard Oakes Estate Winery.
