Juvenile Supported Case Management Program
Community Missions of Niagara Frontier, Inc.
Provides service coordination, supervision and support to youth ages 10 – 17. The program implements accountability-based interventions to help youth avoid further crime and violence. Youth and families in need of services with regard to re-entry from out of home placements, juvenile justice involvement, gang activity and/or truancy issues.
The Niagara County Department of Social Services, the New York State Office of Children’s Services OCFS, or the Niagara County Probation Department will refer youth who have been adjudicated as juvenile delinquents, or those at risk of JD placement, to CMI’s Supported Case Manager.
