The Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center Good New Broadcast for April 5, 2016 featured Child Advocacy Center of Niagara Director Ann Marie Tucker who highlighted the Center’s Stewards of Children® programs that are being held across Niagara County during the month of April.
Stewards of Children® is a revolutionary sexual abuse prevention training program that educates adults to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse and motivates them to courageous action. The program is designed for organizations that serve children and youth and any/all adults interested in protecting children.
Sessions are open to anyone interested in protecting children from sexual abuse and may be of particular interest to youth serving organizations, parents, educators, childcare providers and faith centers.
The training will be led by Education and Outreach Coordinator Jacqueline Pritchard of the Child Advocacy Center of Niagara, an authorized Darkness to Light-Stewards of Children facilitator.
