Zonta Club of Niagara Falls donates comfort items

Thank you to the Zonta Club of Niagara Falls, NY for their generous donation of comfort items to the Child Advocacy Center of Niagara.

“Children from pre-school through adolescence use a stuffed animal or a blanket as a source of comfort at the Center as they participate in forensic interviews and medical evaluations, as well as other support services” stated Child Advocacy Center of Niagara Director, Ann Marie Tucker. “The children take the animal home as an ongoing source of comfort and reminder of adults who care about their safety and well-being.”

Last year the Child Advocacy Center of Niagara served 389 children and 485 caregivers and adults.
